I’m three weeks into my photography class at the local art school, and have surprised myself by waiting this long to coherse Ollie into being my subject with lots and lots (and lots) of treats.

Doesn’t he look dashing? And look at me! Taking photos with the correct exposure in full sunlight! Maybe I’ll start a pet photography business. Book your sessions now! (Then cross your fingers and hope for the best.)
Sorry we’ve been away for so long! As you can tell, we’ve been busy.
Very…

Very…

Busy.

We’ll be around more soon. In the meantime, enjoy a nap!
But with 8 hours of sleep and no poopy diapers.
Excuse the blurriness, but I had to share this picture.
This? Is how I woke up yesterday.

The gray you see is my t-shirt. Ollie wedged himself in my armpit and was resting his head on my shoulder.
He was snoozing so hard, he didn’t even budge when I reached over for my phone and snapped a picture.
Rough life, eh?
How was everyone’s holiday? Did you eat too much, sleep too much, and cuddle with your pet? Perfect!
Question…Does your pet reek havoc on your seasonal decor? Steal bows off of presents under the tree?
Ollie couldn’t care less about the sudden appearance of a big sparkly tree in our living room, but he was less than thrilled with the gifts underneath. He was particularly upset with a tripod my husband received and spent every waking moment barking at it.

Slowly, he made his way closer to check things out.

In the end, he decided the tripod was not to be trusted and resumed barking.

Next year, all presents are to remained wrapped as to avoid triggering puppy panic attacks.
