I don’t think anything would make my husband happier than to take Ollie on vacation with us just once. He hates leaving him at the kennel even though the kennel is a $35 a night doggie hotel.

Ollie is such a good little traveler (probably from all the trips from Indy to Chicago when my husband and I were dating) that I can hardly argue with wanting to take him on a road trip and a vacation home rental is probably our best bet for accommodations.

A Colorado vacation rental would not be ideal because we all know that weiner dogs want nothing to do with snow, but a Florida vacation rental (something near the beach, please) would be ideal.

Maybe next vacation we’ll just have to pack Ollie up and take him with us!
