On Sunday night, I went to the World Series and Ollie went to Zoot, his favorite dog hotel.

Unfortunately, my team lost and Ollie worried himself sick.

So sick, in fact, that I had to take him to the vet first thing this morning and work from home today. He’s had the scoots for going on 24 hours and has licked the underside of his tail raw. I’ve been washing blankets and towels all day and narrowly escaped having to get the upholstery of my car steam cleaned.

Here’s to hoping for a vast improvement in the next 15 hours, because my heart can’t take much more sick puppy (and I’m out of PTO).
